51 Matters to be considered and board of inquiry's report (1) The board of inquiry must consider the following matters: (a) the matters in Part 2 ; and (b) the proposed national policy statement; and (c) any submissions received on the proposed national policy statement; and (d) any evidence received; and (e) any other relevant matter. (2) After considering the matters, the board of inquiry must arrange for a report and recommendations to be made to the Minister within any terms of reference set by the Minister. Subsection (1) was substituted, as from 7 July 1993, by section 33 Resource Management Amendment Act 1993 (1993 No 65). Sections 50 to 52 were substituted, as from 20 May 2003, by section 22 Resource Management Amendment Act 2003 (2003 No 23). See sections 109 to 113 of that Act as to the transitional and savings provisions.
