Section 60 — Resource Management Act 1991: Preparation and change of regional policy statements

60 Preparation and change of regional policy statements (1) There shall at all times be for each region one regional policy statement prepared by the regional council in the manner set out in Schedule 1 . (2) A regional policy statement may be changed in the manner set out in Schedule 1 , at the instigation of a Minister of the Crown, the regional council, or any territorial authority within or partly within the region.
