85A Plan or proposed plan must not include certain rules A plan or proposed plan must not include a rule that describes an activity as a permitted activity if that activity will, or is likely to, have a significant adverse effect on a recognised customary activity carried out under section 17A(2) . Sections 85A and 85B were inserted, as from 17 January 2005, by section 21 Resource Management (Foreshore and Seabed) Amendment Act 2004 (2004 No 94). See sections 40 to 43 of that Act.
