97 Time limit for submissions The closing date for serving submissions on a consent authority shall be the 20th working day after public notification under section 93 or service of notice under section 94(1) . Section 97 was amended, as from 7 July 1993, by section 50 Resource Management Amendment Act 1993 (1993 No 65) by omitting the words “ or such later date as is notified under section 37 ” . Section 97 was amended, as from 10 August 2005, by section 56 Resource Management Amendment Act 2005 (2005 No 87) by adding the words “ under section 93 or service of notice under section 94(1) ” .
