Section Sch1-24 — Resource Management Act 1991: Modification of request

24 Modification of request As a result of further or additional information, commissioned reports, or other relevant matters, the local authority may, with the agreement of the person who made the request, modify the request. Clauses 21 to 28 were substituted, as from 7 July 1993, by section 220 Resource Management Amendment Act 1993 (1993 No 65).
