Section Sch1-7 — Resource Management Act 1991: Public notification of submissions

7 Public notification of submissions (1) A local authority shall publicly notify, through a prominent advertisement,— (a) The availability of a summary of all decisions requested by persons making submissions on a proposed policy statement or plan; and (b) Where the summary of decisions and the submissions can be inspected; and (c) The date on which further submissions close, which date shall not be less than 20 working days after the date of notification; and (d) The address for service of the local authority. (2) A local authority shall send a copy of the public notice advising of the summary of all decisions requested by persons making submissions to all persons who made submissions. Clause 7 was substituted, as from 7 July 1993, by section 212 Resource Management Amendment Act 1993 (1993 No 65).
