“ 12 Section 11 and Part X of Resource Management Act 1991 and Part XXI of Local Government Act 1974 not to apply Section 11 and Part X of the Resource Management Act 1991 and Part XXI of the Local Government Act 1974 shall not apply to or in respect of the transfer of any land or interest in land pursuant to this Part of this Act nor to any subdivision required in respect of any such transfer. ”
