“ 2A Relationship to Resource Management Act 1991 “ (1) Except as provided in subsections (2) and (3) of this section, nothing in this Act shall derogate from the provisions of the Resource Management Act 1991. “ (2) Nothing in section 11 or Part X of the Resource Management Act 1991 shall apply to sections 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, or Part IV of this Act. “ (3) Nothing in section 11 or Part X of the Resource Management Act 1991 shall apply to a deposit of a stage unit plan or a complete unit plan in accordance with the Unit Titles Amendment Act 1979. ”
