“ 36A Transitional procedures for defining middle line Where a notice has been issued in the Gazette defining the middle line of a road or railway line under sections 36 to 39 of this Act, that notice shall continue to have effect until its expiry or until the fifth anniversary of the date of commencement of the Resource Management Act 1991, whichever date first occurs, as if sections 36 to 39 of this Act had not been repealed. ”
