“ 42B Application of certain sections to coastal permits under Resource Management Act 1991 For the purposes of sections 32(a), 33, 36, 37, 38, 41, 42, 42A, 48(1)(c) to (k), and 48(2) of this Act, any reference to a leased area or a licensed area includes a reference to any area— “ (a) Which is part of the coastal marine area as defined by the Resource Management Act 1991; and “ (b) In respect of which a coastal permit has been granted under that Act for any marine farming activity. ”
