10 Sessions of High Court and adjournments (1) A High Court Judge may hold a session of the High Court at any time and place the Judge thinks fit. (2) A High Court Judge may adjourn a session of the High Court to a time and place the Judge thinks fit. (3) If a High Court Judge is not present at the time appointed for a session of the court, a Registrar must adjourn the session and may determine the time and place of the next session.
