Section 101 — Senior Courts Act 2016: Appointment as permanent Judge

101 Appointment as permanent Judge (1) A Judge is appointed as a permanent Judge of a court unless the Judge is appointed as an acting Judge. (2) An Associate Judge is appointed as a permanent Associate Judge of the High Court unless the Associate Judge is appointed as an acting Associate Judge.
