Section 103 — Senior Courts Act 2016: Court of Appeal Judge continues as Judge of High Court

103 Court of Appeal Judge continues as Judge of High Court When a person who is a Judge of the High Court is appointed a Judge of the Court of Appeal, that person continues to be a Judge of the High Court and may sit as, or exercise the powers of, a Judge of the High Court.
