105 Terms and conditions of appointment not to be changed without consent (1) No changes may be made to the terms and conditions of a Judge’s appointment without the Judge’s consent. (2) No changes may be made to the terms and conditions of an Associate Judge’s appointment without the Associate Judge’s consent. Compare: 1908 No 89 ss 4C(7) , 26D(7) , 57A(7)
