Section 127 — Senior Courts Act 2016: Tenure of Chief Justice

127 Tenure of Chief Justice The Chief Justice continues to hold the office of Chief Justice until the earliest of the following: (a) the Chief Justice resigns from that office: (b) the Chief Justice resigns from office as a High Court Judge: (c) the Chief Justice retires: (d) the Chief Justice is removed from that office.
