Section 128 — Senior Courts Act 2016: Tenure of President of Court of Appeal

128 Tenure of President of Court of Appeal The President of the Court of Appeal continues to hold the office of President of the Court of Appeal until the earliest of the following: (a) the President is appointed a Supreme Court Judge: (b) the President resigns from that office: (c) the President resigns from office as a High Court Judge: (d) the President retires: (e) the President is removed from that office.
