Section 134 — Senior Courts Act 2016: Removal from office

134 Removal from office (1) A High Court Judge may be removed from office only in accordance with section 23 of the Constitution Act 1986. (2) The Governor-General may, if the Governor-General thinks fit, remove an Associate Judge from office for inability or misbehaviour. Compare: 1908 No 89 s 26E(1)
