136 Salaries and allowances of part-time Judges The salary and allowances payable for a period during which a Judge or an Associate Judge acts on a part-time basis must be calculated and paid as a pro rata proportion of the salary and allowances for a permanent Judge of that court (other than the head of that court) or an Associate Judge.
