Section 139 — Senior Courts Act 2016: Superannuation or retiring allowances of Associate Judges

139 Superannuation or retiring allowances of Associate Judges For the purpose of providing a superannuation fund or retiring allowance for persons appointed as Associate Judges, sums by way of subsidy or contribution may from time to time be paid under Part 5B of the Government Superannuation Fund Act 1956 or to any retirement scheme (within the meaning of section 6(1) of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013) in accordance with a determination of the Remuneration Authority.
