Section 144 — Senior Courts Act 2016: Judge not to practise as lawyer

144 Judge not to practise as lawyer (1) A Judge must not practise as a lawyer. (2) In subsection (1), Judge includes— (a) an acting Judge; and (b) an Associate Judge; and (c) an acting Associate Judge.
