Section 147 — Senior Courts Act 2016: High Court Rules part of Act

147 High Court Rules part of Act (1) The High Court Rules set out in Schedule 2 of the Judicature Act 1908 as at the date that this Act receives the Royal assent continue in force and those rules, as altered, amended, added to, or revoked under section 148 , are deemed to be part of this Act. (2) Despite subsection (1), the High Court Rules do not need to be published as part of this Act. (3) See section 154 , which provides for how the High Court Rules must be published.
