171 Recusal guidelines (1) The Chief High Court Judge and the President of the Court of Appeal must, in consultation with the Chief Justice, develop and publish guidelines for their respective courts to assist Judges to decide if they should recuse themselves from a proceeding. (2) The Chief Justice must develop and publish guidelines to assist Supreme Court Judges to decide if they should recuse themselves from a proceeding.
