Section 34 — Senior Courts Act 2016: Powers of Registrars

34 Powers of Registrars (1) A Registrar has the duties and powers— (a) conferred by this Act, any other enactment, or the High Court Rules: (b) necessary or desirable to ensure the efficient and effective administration of the business of the High Court. (2) A Deputy Registrar has the same duties and powers as a Registrar. (3) Subsection (2) is subject to a provision to the contrary in any other enactment or the High Court Rules.
