Section 46 — Senior Courts Act 2016: Seal

46 Seal (1) The Court of Appeal must have a seal, and the Registrar of the court is responsible for the seal. (2) The seal must be used for sealing judgments, orders, certificates, and any other document issued by the court that must be sealed. Compare: 1908 No 89 s 74
