Section 55 — Senior Courts Act 2016: Adjournments

55 Adjournments (1) The Court of Appeal may adjourn a session of the court to a time and place appointed by the court. (2) One or more Judges of the Court of Appeal may adjourn a session of the Court of Appeal to a time and place appointed by the Judge or Judges if it is necessary to do so because 1 or more Judges of the Court of Appeal are not present at the session. (3) If none of the Judges is present at the time appointed for a session of the court, the Registrar of the Court of Appeal must adjourn the session and may determine the time and place of the next session.
