71 Appeals against decisions in criminal proceedings The Supreme Court may hear and determine appeals authorised by— (a) Part 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011; or (b) section 10 or 10A of the Court Martial Appeals Act 1953. Compare: 2003 No 53 s 10
