Section 87 — Senior Courts Act 2016: Appointment of Registrar, Deputy Registrar, and other officers of Supreme Court

87 Appointment of Registrar, Deputy Registrar, and other officers of Supreme Court (1) A Registrar of the Supreme Court must be appointed under the State Sector Act 1988 . (2) There may also be appointed under that Act Deputy Registrars of the Supreme Court, and any other officers required for the conduct of the court’s business. Compare: 2003 No 53 s 36
