Section 90 — Senior Courts Act 2016: Head of Supreme Court

90 Head of Supreme Court (1) The Chief Justice is the head of the Supreme Court and is responsible for ensuring the orderly and efficient conduct of the Supreme Court’s business. (2) The Chief Justice may make all necessary arrangements for— (a) the sessions of the Supreme Court; and (b) the conduct of the Supreme Court’s business.
