Section 91 — Senior Courts Act 2016: Head of Court of Appeal

91 Head of Court of Appeal (1) The President of the Court of Appeal is the head of the Court of Appeal and is responsible to the Chief Justice for ensuring the orderly and efficient conduct of the Court of Appeal’s business. (2) The President of the Court of Appeal may make all necessary arrangements for— (a) the sessions of the Court of Appeal; and (b) the conduct of the Court of Appeal’s business.
