Section 92 — Senior Courts Act 2016: Head of High Court

92 Head of High Court (1) The Chief High Court Judge is the head of the High Court and is responsible to the Chief Justice for ensuring the orderly and efficient conduct of the High Court’s business. (2) The Chief High Court Judge may make all necessary arrangements for— (a) the sessions of the High Court; and (b) the conduct of the High Court’s business. Compare: 1908 No 89 s 4B
