Section 95 — Senior Courts Act 2016: Eligibility for appointment as Court of Appeal Judge

95 Eligibility for appointment as Court of Appeal Judge A person may only be appointed a Court of Appeal Judge if that person is— (a) a High Court Judge; or (b) appointed a High Court Judge at the same time as being appointed a Court of Appeal Judge. Compare: 1908 No 89 s 57(3)
