Section 96 — Senior Courts Act 2016: Eligibility for appointment as Supreme Court Judge

96 Eligibility for appointment as Supreme Court Judge A person may only be appointed a Supreme Court Judge if that person is— (a) a Court of Appeal Judge; or (b) a High Court Judge; or (c) appointed a High Court Judge at the same time as being appointed a Supreme Court Judge.
