5.76 Effect of registration (1) A registered user may e-file any document that complies with subpart 16. (2) A registered user may file any document in hard copy by physical lodgement (whether or not that document has already been e-filed). (3) If there is any difference between the content of an e-filed document and the filed hard-copy version of the same document, the hard-copy version prevails, and the document is treated as filed when it is physically lodged.
