Section Sch3-7 — Senior Courts Act 2016: Removal of summons into Court of Appeal

7 Removal of summons into Court of Appeal An originating summons under section 3 may be removed into the Court of Appeal in the same manner as the matters specified in section 59 of the Senior Courts Act 2016 are removable, and section 59 of that Act applies to any originating summons removed into the court.
