2 Imperial enactments ceasing to have effect in New Zealand On 1 January 2004, the following Imperial enactments ceased to have effect as part of the law of New Zealand: (a) the Imperial enactments listed in Part 1 of Schedule 4 of the Supreme Court Act 2003: (b) the Imperial subordinate legislation listed in Part 2 of Schedule 4 of that Act.
