Section 118 — Sentencing Act 2002: Breach of non-association order constitutes offence

118 Breach of non-association order constitutes offence (1) An offender who is subject to a non-association order commits an offence who, without reasonable excuse, associates with any person in contravention of the order. (2) A person who commits an offence against this section is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or a fine not exceeding $1,000. Compare: 1985 No 120 s 28F
