Section 125 — Sentencing Act 2002: Period of disqualification from driving

125 Period of disqualification from driving (1) The period of disqualification ordered under section 124 must not exceed 3 years, except as provided in subsection (2) . (2) If the person is convicted of manslaughter, the court may fix any period of disqualification that it thinks fit. Compare: 1985 No 120 s 83(3)
