Section 138 — Sentencing Act 2002: Disposal of unsaleable confiscated vehicle

138 Disposal of unsaleable confiscated vehicle If the Registrar has reasonable grounds to believe that a motor vehicle that is delivered into his or her custody under section 132 is unsaleable, the Registrar may dispose of the vehicle in any manner he or she thinks fit.
