Section 154 — Sentencing Act 2002: Offender convicted of murder committed before commencement date

154 Offender convicted of murder committed before commencement date (1) This section applies if an offender is sentenced on or after the commencement date for the crime of murder committed before that date. (2) Except as provided in subsection (3) , the offender must be sentenced under this Act. (3) Section 104 does not apply to the sentencing of an offender to whom this section applies.
