Section 156 — Sentencing Act 2002: Corrective training

156 Corrective training (1) This section applies to an offender who, immediately before the commencement date, was subject to a sentence of corrective training imposed under section 68 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 . (2) The offender must continue to serve that sentence as if this Act had not been passed, and the provisions of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 and any other enactment relating to corrective training apply as if they had not been amended or repealed by this Act.
