158 Non-association orders and confiscation of vehicles for offence committed before commencement date (1) This section applies if an offender is sentenced on or after the commencement date for an offence committed before that date. (2) The court may make a non-association order or order for the confiscation of a vehicle under subpart 5 if it would have had the power to do so under the Criminal Justice Act 1985 had it been dealing with the offender immediately before the commencement date.
