Section 163 — Sentencing Act 2002: New section 239A inserted

163 New section 239A inserted The Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989 is amended by inserting, after section 239 , the following section: “ 239A Expiry of sections 238(1A) to (1C), and 239(3) Sections 238(1A) to (1C) and 239(3) expire at the close of 30 June 2004. ”
