Section 165 — Sentencing Act 2002: New section 172 substituted

165 New section 172 substituted The Crimes Act 1961 is amended by repealing section 172 , and substituting the following section: “ 172 Punishment of murder “ (1) Every one who commits murder is liable to imprisonment for life. “ (2) Subsection (1) is subject to section 102 of the Sentencing Act 2002. ”
