166 Certain provisions in Criminal Justice Act 1985 repealed The Criminal Justice Act 1985 is amended by repealing— (a) Parts 1 , 2 , 2A , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , and 10 : (b) sections 125B , 128 , and 130 to 133 : (c) sections 143 , 144 , 145 , 149(b) to (i) , and 150 : (d) Schedules 1 and 2 .
