Section 173 — Sentencing Act 2002: New section 124A inserted

173 New section 124A inserted The Criminal Justice Act 1985 is amended by inserting, after section 124 , the following section: “ 124A Probation officer may delegate power to supervise offenders on community work A probation officer may delegate, in writing, to any suitably trained employee of the Department of Corrections his or her powers to control, direct, and supervise offenders subject to a sentence of community work in accordance with section 65 of the Sentencing Act 2002. ”
