176 New section 129 substituted The Criminal Justice Act 1985 is amended by repealing section 129 , and substituting the following section: “ 129 Secretary may make rules “ (1) The Secretary may make any rules that the Secretary thinks fit for the management of any community work centre and for the conduct and safe custody of the offenders. “ (2) Any rules made under subsection (1) may be made for community work centres generally, or for any community work centre or community work centres specified in the rules. “ (3) Any rules made under subsection (1) must not be inconsistent with this Act, the Sentencing Act 2002, the Parole Act 2002, or any regulations made under any of those Acts. ”
