179 Detention of children or young persons serving sentence of imprisonment Section 142A(2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 is amended by omitting the words “ and this Act ” , and substituting the words “ , this Act, the Parole Act 2002, and regulations made under either of those Acts ” .
