70 Offences related to breach of conditions of supervision An offender commits an offence, and is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to a fine not exceeding $1,000, who— (a) fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with any condition of a sentence of supervision; or (b) fails, without reasonable excuse, to report when required to do so under section 78 or section 80 .
