Section 80S — Sentencing Act 2002: Offence to breach detention conditions

80S Offence to breach detention conditions An offender commits an offence, and is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 1 year or to a fine not exceeding $2,000, who— (a) breaches, without reasonable excuse, any detention conditions of a sentence of home detention; or (b) fails to report when required to do so under section 80ZG . Section 80S: inserted, on 1 October 2007, by section 44 of the Sentencing Amendment Act 2007 (2007 No 27).
