Section 80ZK — Sentencing Act 2002: Consideration of progress reports

80ZK Consideration of progress reports After considering a progress report, the Judge may order that the offender attend before him or her if the Judge considers it desirable for the administration of the sentence or for the rehabilitation or reintegration of the offender. Section 80ZK: inserted, on 1 October 2007, by section 44 of the Sentencing Amendment Act 2007 (2007 No 27).
